The UFO apparently encountered by a police helicopter crew as they flew over South Wales has been explained – possibly.
A newly-wed couple claim the UFO could have been one of the glow lanterns set off into the skies at their wedding reception.

The original story made headlines far and wide, with the crew of the helicopter reportedly convinced they had experienced a close encounter of the unexplained kind.

[Edit: Now there has been another sighting in Shropshire, this time by a soldier on guard duty. First RAF St Athan, now Tern Hill barracks....hhhhmmmmm....].
